Observation Reports is provided as a construction documentation and business workflow tool. By using the app, users are responsible for the professional, lawful, and appropriate use of the app and all information entered into or generated from it.

No Replacement for Professional Judgment

The app does not replace field verification, professional judgment, engineering analysis, architectural review, code analysis, legal review, or other professional services. Users remain responsible for their own conclusions, recommendations, reports, and communications.

User Content

Users are responsible for all photographs, report text, captions, checklists, contacts, technical references, business records, and other information entered into or generated from the app. Users must ensure they have appropriate rights and permissions to store, use, export, or distribute such information.

Technical References and Copyrighted Materials

Observation Reports does not provide copyrighted building codes, ASTM standards, AAMA standards, FGIA standards, or similar protected materials. Users are responsible for obtaining, licensing, uploading, quoting, and using such materials in accordance with applicable copyright laws and license agreements.

AI-Assisted Content

AI-assisted features may generate drafts, edits, summaries, search results, or suggested language. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular project condition. Users must independently review and verify all AI-assisted content before use.

Reports and Deliverables

Users are responsible for reviewing final reports, confirming project-specific facts, checking photographs and captions, verifying technical references, and ensuring that reports are appropriate for their intended recipients and purposes.

Limitation of Use

The app is intended to assist with documentation and organization. It should not be used as the sole system of record for critical project documents or as a substitute for secure document management, accounting, legal, engineering, or enterprise project management systems when such systems are required.

Support, features, subscriptions, and app availability may vary by version, device, region, release status, and platform requirements.
